This works pretty straight forward, once you’ve created a folder in your project’s download section. scp is the logical choice.
project: tfnocmonitoring
directory: vms
username: dnsmichi
password: your SF login
scp virtualbox-tfnoc-icinga-demo-0.1.ova* dnsmichi@frs.sourceforge.net:/home/frs/project/tfnocmonitoring/vms
