If you ever wanted to keep up with a fancy login message (MOTD – message of the day), here’s an example how do it.
RHEL puts it into /etc/motd while Debian generates /etc/motd on each reboot, using /etc/motd.tail as input. So whereever you add your content, make it look good 🙂
